Mike and Sid Stroupe generate this blog. We are researchers of all Stroups that descend from Jacob Stroup of North Carolina.. We have written 3 books so far and made reprints of 2 others. We will attempt to post as often as possible on our activities and discoveries.
Bull Creek ... located in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Many of the Jacob Stroup relocated from the Alexis/Gaston County area to the mountains of North Carolina in the early 1800s.
